Well, we made it down to Charleston yesterday without incident. Somewhere in the middle of rural North Carolina the pouring rain stopped and by the time we hit Charleston the skies were sunny and bright blue. This morning is relatively cool and sunny so I'm about to head out to do the Ravenel bridge walk, despite the intense lower back pain (contractions, really) I'm experiencing thanks to my Neupogen shots (the growth factor drug that boosts my white count). For some reason, the pain seems to bother me less when I'm exercising. Strange but true.
As promised, here's the "before" shot of our Charleston dining room design project. I don't know how long the project will take so I can't give you an ETA on the "after" shot but we're transforming this set so that is has a more Charleston/beach/cottage feel.
Sounds like a fun project, Jennie, and can't wait to see the after shot. Enjoy your time there and I hope the lower back pain goes away soon. Laura
